Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at scholaryguider@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return so we can review your request as quickly as possible.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to return your item. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
